Getting Access
You will automatically be granted access to My Karmo immediately after you have booked your first subscription with us.

What Can You Do in My Karmo?
Here are the key features you can use to self-service your account:
View Subscriptions (Current and Future)
This section provides a clear overview of the cars you currently have, along with any upcoming reservations.
Check Details: Quickly confirm the specific make and model, registration number, and key dates for your current subscription.
Plan Ahead: Review and manage any future subscriptions you have booked with Karmo.
Manage Payment Details
Avoid payment issues by easily updating your payment details whenever your card changes or expires.
Update Instantly: Add a new credit or debit card securely.
Set Card Preference: Select which card you want to use for all future subscription payments.

View Your Upcoming Payment
Keep track of your payments and ensure you know when your next subscription charge will occur.
Where to Look: To view your next upcoming payment date and amount, click on the 'Manage Booking' button from the home page. The details will be displayed in the 'Next Payment' section above the 'Pay Now' button.
Note: The 'Next Payment' section will only appear if a payment is currently scheduled.
Download Account Statements
Access and download important documents for your records, tax, or accounting purposes.
How to Access:
Click the burger menu icon at the top of the page (next to the Karmo logo).
Select 'My Documents' from the menu
You can then filter statements by date or booking number
Choose to generate the PDF statement or download the CSV file for your records.
Car Inspection Photos
We provide full transparency by storing the car's handover inspection photos right in your My Karmo account.
View Photos:
Select the specific car subscription you need by clicking 'Manage Booking'.
On the subscription details page, click the burger menu icon.
Select 'Inspection Photos' from the submenu.
You can then review the photos taken by the Karmo team at the beginning of your subscription. You can also download these photos for your personal records, giving you peace of mind regarding the car's condition at the time of collection.
