Congratulations on subscribing to a Karmo vehicle. Here’s everything you need to know about the pick-up process.

Step 1: Review and accept your Payment Agreement & pay your bond

Your booking is not confirmed until you have accepted the Payment Agreement and paid the bond. You will receive an SMS from Karmo with a link to complete this step in My Karmo. This step allows you the opportunity to review and familiarise yourself with the upfront and recurring payments for your new car subscription. All of your personal information is processed securely.

Step 2: Arrive at your local hub

On your scheduled pick-up date, our friendly Karmo staff will have your vehicle ready for you. An on-site vehicle inspection will occur where you are encouraged to also take your own photos for your own records. If you have not yet paid your Security Deposit, this will need to be settled via My Karmo before the vehicle can be handed over to you; alternatively you may also ask our staff to process this payment for you.

We recommend setting aside 20 to 30 minutes for the entire pick-up process.

Step 3: Drive away and install e-Tag for tolls

To ensure a smooth process whenever you drive your vehicle through toll roads, Karmo’s terms of use requires you to get an e-Tag fitted to your vehicle so all tolls are correctly processed on your personal Linkt account. An e-Tag is strongly recommended as Linkt accounts may cause rerouting of these toll charges to Karmo which will then incur an additional administration fee on your subscription.
