Failed Payment Fee

If a payment is unsuccessful, Karmo will try to reprocess the payment in 24 hours with no additional fees. After this grace period, a fee will be applied for each unsuccessful payment retried daily.

Excess Mileage

Applied when weekly mileage allowance is exceeded. Refer to your Subscription Agreement for the allowance and applicable rate.

Applies when a car is determined to require cleaning upon return.

Applies when a car is not returned with a full tank.

Late Return Fee

Applies when the vehicle is returned after the specified return date or when the vehicle is returned with more than the maximum odometer reading allowed.

Applies when returning a car with damage that was not reported on occurrence; this is charged in addition to the damage repair cost.

Applies when the vehicle is returned without the key provided on pick-up; amount will vary depending on the vehicle.

Early Termination Fee

Incurred when a subscription is terminated before the minimum subscription term ends. If less than the notice period is provided, notice period payout charges are also applicable.

Notice Period Payout

A minimum notice period as stated in the Subscription Agreement is required before the vehicle is returned. If less than the notice period is provided, the prorated amount for the remaining period will be included in the total charges.

Repossession Fee

Applies in extreme cases where Karmo has to arrange for a car to be repossessed due to unpaid subscription fees or other violations of the terms and conditions.
