If you have an active subscription with Karmo, you can manage your payment methods in your My Karmo account. Only credit and debit cards are accepted at the moment, however we are working at making more payment methods available in the future.
We use Square to process your payments and your card details are stored securely. Karmo staff cannot access or manage your cards, only you can do so by logging into My Karmo. |
Find your current cards
To navigate to the ‘Manage payment method’ page:
Log into my.karmo.co
Click ‘Manage Booking’
Click ‘Update’ in the ‘Payment method’ section
Add a new card
When on the ‘Manage payment method’ page:
Click ‘+ Add New Card’
Enter your card details
Click ‘Add Card’
Delete an existing card
When on the ‘Manage payment method’ page:
Click the trash can icon on the card
Click ‘Confirm’
Active cards, preferred cards and saved cards
Type | Description |
Active | If a card is Active, it is currently in use for the subscription that you are managing. Your weekly fee and any additional charges (such as Excess KM Fees, Tolls or Infringements) will be charged to this card.
If you have multiple cars with us, each subscription can have a different Active card. |
Preferred | If a card is Preferred, it will automatically be chosen for new subscriptions you start with Karmo. This makes the process easier when you are swapping into a new vehicle. You can always use a different card when signing the Payment Agreement.
If you only have one card saved in My Karmo, it will be set as your Preferred card by default. If you have multiple cards, you can set it as Preferred by clicking the two ticks. |
Saved | If you have multiple cards, you can Save them in your My Karmo account. This allows you to easily swap between them on bookings if you need to. Only Active cards on bookings will be charged. |
