Early & Late Returns
Updated over a month ago

Depending on the type of vehicle you are subscribing to, Karmo will have made arrangements for returning vehicles which includes:

  • Reserving and allocating it for another customer’s subscription

  • Scheduling the sale of the vehicle.

  • Scheduling maintenance or repairs of the vehicle.

Because of this, we ask that you return the vehicle on the agreed-upon date, to avoid extra fees or vehicle scheduling issues.

Early returns

You will incur an Early Termination Fee if you return your vehicle before the minimum subscription term ends, as documented here. If less than the notice period outlined in your Subscription Agreement is provided, the prorated amount for the remaining period will be included in the total charges (known as a Notice Period Payout).

Late returns

If you return your vehicle late, you will be charged:

  • An amount equivalent to the pro-rated daily subscription fee for the vehicle.

  • A Late Return Fee, as documented here.

Extending your subscription

In some scenarios, you may be eligible to extend your subscription if your current vehicle is available. Contact your local hub at least two weeks in advance to discuss your options. We cannot guarantee extensions, however you can swap into a new vehicle that suits your needs. See more about the Swap Process here.
