The responsibility for payment of the fines and infringement is between you and the issuing authority. If you incur a fine or infringement, Karmo will nominate the driver listed on the Subscription Agreement with the relevant authority.

You are responsible for paying the penalty directly to the relevant authorities, or reallocating it to one of your Additional Drivers, if they were driving the vehicle at the time. You will receive an email with a form allowing you to nominate the rightful driver of the vehicle at the time that the infringement occurred.

Additional to the fines or penalty payable directly to the issuing authorities, Karmo will also add an infringement administration fee to your next subscription payment. This will be automatically applied to your next scheduled payment after Karmo receives the infringement notice. If Karmo receives the infringement notice after your subscription has been completed, you will receive a notification with next steps.

The infringement administration fee is up to $50.00 per infringement notice.
