You are prohibited from driving in the following locations without explicit consent from Karmo:
On beaches or through streams, rivers, creeks, dams or floodwaters.
Off road or on roads that are prone to flooding or are flooded.
Above the snow line between 1 May and 31 October each year during the Subscription Period.
On any road where the police or an authority has issued a warning.
On any road that is closed or any road where it would be unsafe to drive the Vehicle.
All drivers and passengers are prohibited from:
Carrying any animal or pet in the vehicle (except a guide dog or other assistance animal that is medically required and permitted by local law).
Smoking in the vehicle.
