All Karmo vehicles include the following:
Servicing & Maintenance
Registration
Damage Cover
Roadside Assistance
Most Karmo vehicles are brand new, and therefore are unlikely to need any servicing during the lifetime of your subscription. On the rare occasion that your vehicle requires servicing during your subscription, your local hub will be in touch with you to organise this.
If a car needs scheduled/logbook servicing
If your vehicle is advising that you are due for a service, please check the driver's side front windscreen for the Karmo sticker and "next service date" and odometer reading.
If those conditions have not been met, you do not require a service.
Disregard the 1,000 and 3,000 km checks, this was completed prior to subscription commencement.
If the vehicle has reached either of the conditions on the Karmo sticker, please call the MyCar fleet booking team on 1300 203 960 and mention you have a Karmo vehicle. They will work with the closest location and date to suit you!
If a car is experiencing mechanical problems
The following signs indicate that your car needs maintenance:
Warning lights or messages on the dashboard/in car screens
Unusual vibrations, sounds or smells
Issues with braking, acceleration or stalling
Leaking fluids or smoke
Contact the Karmo team immediately if you suspect there is an issue with the car.
We have a network of approved repairers, and will advise you on next steps. Do not take a vehicle to a mechanic without contacting Karmo.
If the vehicle is unsafe to drive, contact roadside assistance.
