My Karmo is your go-to place for all things Karmo. From accepting your subscription agreement, to viewing your booking details and managing payments, My Karmo enables you to stay on top of your subscription.
Logging in to My Karmo
Logging in to My Karmo
Step 1: Access My Karmo at https://my.karmo.co/ or find it on the Karmo website
Step 2: Enter your phone number.
Note: Please ensure this is the same number you have provided Karmo while subscribing.
Step 3: Log in using the OTP sent via text message

Accepting your payment agreement
Step 1: Log in to My Karmo using your phone number and OTP
Step 2: Click on manage booking for the subscription you want to sign the payment agreement for.
Step 3: Click start
Step 4: Read through the information provided about your initial payment, weekly fees and additional charges and add in a payment method or choose an existing one when prompted.
Step 5: Agree to the terms and conditions outlined and click Accept to complete your payment agreement.

Adding a new card
Step 1: Click on Manage booking
Step 2: Select update in the Payment methods section
Step 3: Click on add new card
Step 4: Enter your card details and click add card
Step 5: Click the ✔️ icon if you wish to use this card for your subscription payments.
Selecting a preferred payment method
Step 1: Click on manage booking
Step 2: Select update in the Payment details section
Step 3: Click on a saved card and select the checkbox to set it as your preferred payment method
Note: Your preferred payment method will be suggested the next time you accept a new payment agreement.
Paying ahead
Step 1: Click on Manage booking
Step 2: Click Pay Now in the Payment details section
Step 3: Click confirm to authorise the advance payment.
Deleting a card
Step 1: Click on Manage booking
Step 2: Click on Update in the Payment details section
Step 3: Click on the trash can Icon on the saved card
Note: You cannot delete your active card and a card if it's being used by another active subscription.

Step 1: Log in to My Karmo using your phone number and OTP
Step 2: Click on Manage booking for the subscription you want to view booking details for
Booking details
Details such car rego and subscription period, bond and security deposit paid and weekly subscription fee can be viewed under the Subscription details and Payment details sections
Payment breakdown
To view your weekly payment breakdown, click on the '?' next to the weekly amount. This will show any additional fees incurred over the week such as damages or excess kilometre charges.
